Prisms & Pyramids

  3C and 3D have been learning about geometric shapes in math this week.  Using marshmallows and toothpicks, students were challenged to construct three-dimensional prisms and pyramids.  They were then asked to compare each shape’s faces, edges, and vertices.  An additional challenge of creating more difficult shapes was also presented. CPC Alumni Update: Sean Abraham (’05)

Sean Abraham (CPC ’05) studied Mathematics and Engineering at Queen’s University (2010), got a bit of industry experience, then immigrated to Boulder, Colorado in 2012, where he’s been living ever since. Anti-Bullying Week 2021

Sports Report

  Our return to intramural sports this year was embraced by eager students from grades 3-6.
