Parents Association News

SALES! On Tuesday, September 2nd there will be used uniform, locker shelves and school supply bundles for sale during orientation! You can pick-up your pre-ordered bundles at 11:00a.m- 12:00p.m in the foyer.  The first parent association meeting is on Thursday, September 4th at 8:30a.m. There will be coffee in the conference room. Message From Guidance: Changing Courses

Students who would like to make changes to their timetable are encouraged to meet with a member of Guidance to discuss whether or not alterations are possible. However, students who are missing courses (prerequisites and/or compulsory courses) will be seen first. Students may make an appointment in the Guidance Office beginning Orientation Day. Click here

Tryout Schedule

Crestwood Preparatory College offers a variety of Varsity Level teams throughout the year and competes in the Conference of Independent School Athletic Association and in the Small Schools Athletic Federation. Registration Day

On Tuesday, September 2nd, the Crestwood faculty welcomes both students and parents to Opening Registration Day. Orientation will begin at 9:30a.m for grades 9-12 and 11:00a.m for grades 7&8. From Guidance: Night/Summer School

A reminder that students who will be attending summer school in July or August are required to complete a “Night/Summer School Request Form” prior to beginning summer school. This will help Guidance track outside credits throughout the summer, and will ensure final marks are included in students’ transcripts.

Graduation

 Grade 8 Graduation – Wednesday June 18th at 5:00 pm On Wednesday June 18th, 2014 our Grade 8 Graduation will be held in the gymnasium starting at 5:00 pm.  Gym doors will open at 4:30 and seating is on a first come basis. The ceremony will last until approximately 6:00 pm and will be followed

Exams

Exams begin on Friday, May 30th and run until Tuesday, June 10th. All students have received their personalized examination timetable.  However, all examination dates can be found here. Please remember that exams begin sitting 15 minutes before they begin.  Morning exams begin at 9:00 am and afternoon exams begin at 1:00 pm. All classroom locations for individual

The Parents’ Association is bringing back Pizza Lunches for the 2014-15 school year! U12 Softball 3-Peat

The U12 softball team put a cap on their excellent season Saturday in their final tournament at UCC. As the two time defending champions and first place team in the division the team knew they had a big target on their back as all the other teams wanted to claim the championship as their own.

2013-2014 Co-Curricular and Athletic Awards

Grade 7/8 Niagara and Ottawa Trips
