The Parents’ Association is bringing back Pizza Lunches for the 2014-15 school year!
Pizza lunches will run on the following dates: Friday October 3, 2014, Friday November 14, 2014, Friday December 12, 2014, Friday January 9, 2015, Friday February 20, 2015, and Friday April 10, 2015.
The total cost for the 6 pizza lunches is $55 per student. This price includes 3 slices of cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza, a bag of chips, and a juice box per lunch.
To participate please complete the Pizza Lunch Form and submit it, along with a cheque payable to the “Crestwood Preparatory College Parents’ Association”, TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE, and not to your child’s classroom teachers, by Friday, September 15 2014. Please also indicate if you would like to volunteer for Pizza Lunches.
