Mark your calendars on Tuesday May 17th and Wednesday May 18th, we will be holding our Used Uniform sale in the gym. This is a great opportunity to stock up on items for next year and to donate your gently used items that your children have outgrown. If you wish to donate any items to the sale please drop them off at the front office by no later than Friday May 13th, 2016.
To make the sale a success, we need volunteers to help set up, manage sales and pack up. You can volunteer for half an hour, one day, multiple days, whatever works for your schedule.
We are looking for volunteers for the following days:
Monday May 16th, 2016
Time: 1 – 3.30 p.m.
**Volunteers will help with unpacking boxes and setting up the gym**
Tuesday May 17th, 2016
Time: 8 – 10.30 a.m.
Time: 2.30 – 4 p.m.
** Volunteers will help parents locate items, restock items, and ring up sales **
Wednesday May 18th, 2016
Time: 8 – 10.30 a.m.
Time: 2.30 – 4 p.m.
** Volunteers will help parents locate items, restock items, and ring up sales **
Thursday May 19th, 2016
Time: 8.30 – 10.00 a.m.
** Volunteers will help pack up items not sold **
