Great news from the English Department!
A huge congratulations to Charles Jian, who came in 3rd, and Madelyn Tuns who received an Honourable Mention, in this year’s InCITE Writing Contest! Their short stories stood out among the dozens of writing entries submitted by CIS students from across Ontario. Their accomplishments were announced on Saturday, April 24th at this year’s CITE’s annual conference, where Charles and Madelyn had the opportunity to participate in a student writing workshop hosted by writer Claire Tacon.
