Crestwood School Yearbook wins National Award!

For the second time in the last four years, Mr. Kevin Greenacre has been awarded the National Yearbook Program of Excellence Award. One of only two Schools in the Province of Ontario to receive the award this year, the National Yearbook Program of Excellence Award recognizes schools who excel in the creation and distribution of their yearbook.

The award is judged on the following criteria:

  • A Meaningful Book for All Students – A book that means something to all students and includes a vast majority of the student body. Crestwood was at 100%
  • A Book in Every Student’s Hands – Thanks to the generosity of Crestwood’s Director, Ms. Eisen, every student and teacher is given a yearbook.
  • Effective Project Management – Meeting the yearbook deadlines is a very important part of the yearbook creation process, and ensures the delivery of books on time.

The 2016 Crestwood Yearbook also included 50 videos of students and events embedded into different pictures that can be accessed through the Aurasma App.  If you get a chance take another look. Information on how it all works can be found near the back of the Yearbook.

Congratulations again to Mr. Greenacre and we look forward to this year’s book!
