Crestwood is pleased to announce the arrival and performance of the well known Kenyan Boys Choir. The boys will be performing live at Crestwood on Monday September 28 at 9:20 am. The Choir consists of 12 boys who come from various Kenyan backgrounds and tribes. The choir is known around the world, but became famous when they performed at Barack Obama’s inauguration ceremony in Washington; D.C. The choir was started in 2004 to help boys from underprivileged backgrounds raise money to pay for their school fees. The Kenyan Boys Choir has performed with acclaimed singers such as Nelly Furtado, Demi Lovato, Shawn Desman, and Toronto’s own Kardinal Official. Please join us for a morning of exciting singing and dancing at Crestwood Gymnasium promptly at 9:20am.
