The CISAA Junior Cross Country Championship took place on Wednesday afternoon at Centennial Park in Etobicoke. Our school took 18 athletes from Grades 3 to 6 to compete at this final event of the season. With the cold temperatures and excitement for the race, Crestwood students were ready to run hard. All of our racers crossed the finish line with pride. Special mention goes out to the Under 10 Girls who won third place overall against 33 participating schools and to Ben A in Grade 5 who achieved a standing of 6th place in his age category. All of the coaches are extremely proud of the dedication and commitment that all members of the X-Country Team put forth over the past 2 months. Remember to stay active Crestwood!
