Being on a Crestwood team is more than just wearing a jersey and showing up to play. It is competing to the best of your ability, working with your teammates on and off the field, performing skills that your coach has fostered through countless practices, and then finally being present and accountable during all competitions no matter what the circumstances might be. That is exactly what happened this past weekend. Memories and bonds were created that will last a lifetime for everyone involved.
The buzz and smiles of students, parents, and coaches has been front and center this entire week. Congratulations to all members of the Crestwood U9 and U12 Soccer team for bringing home the division banner and trophy. As for the Cross Country team…you know your coaches are proud of your extraordinary accomplishments this past season. Your results speak for themselves. Flag football and golf team members both had wonderful one-day tournaments that left them proud and fulfilled. The U12 girls Basketball team improved all season long…and their bond and enthusiasm speaks for itself.
