Mr. Cardinale along with his grade 11 and grade 12 Computer Science classes, travelled to Ryerson University on Tuesday. They participated in an engaging and interactive robotics kits that use a robot called Alphi. Students were given the opportunity to learn about how to program and wire up these robots to make them follow a line and navigate through a maze. The program was run by current undergraduate students with computer science and engineering backgrounds. Students had a fantastic time during this session and also participated in a tour of the campus and were given the opportunity to ask about admission requirements and program offering. It turned out to be a great experience for these students who found the day to be interesting, engaging and informative. Mr. Cardinale would like to thank all of the staff and students for their support of Computer Science here at Crestwood.
