Grade 3A had a fun time imagining what it would be like to run with Terry Fox. We wrote paragraphs explaining why Terry Fox is a true Canadian hero. Here are some of our reasons:
- Terry Fox is inspiring to kids.
- He had hope even though he had cancer.
- Terry raised millions of dollars for cancer research.
- Terry taught other kids and people how to be brave.
- Terry Fox never gave up.
- He ran every day even though he may have been in pain.
- He pushed himself to run a marathon every day.
- Terry Fox stopped to play with kids that had cancer like him.
