Our parent/teacher interviews will be held on Thursday, November 20st from 3:00-8:30 p.m. and Friday, November 21st from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1– 4 p.m. Interviews are ten minutes long and most, if not all, parents who want or need an interview will be accommodated. Our first priority is to speak to parents of children experiencing difficulty. Enclosed you will find instructions and a password to gain access. Once you have entered the site, you will find a list of all your child’s teachers and corresponding courses and the interview times available. Access to on-line bookings will be available Tuesday, November 11th at 9 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, November 18th at 3 p.m. No telephone bookings will be accepted. Once the interview schedules have been filled, other arrangements can be made to communicate with teachers. Phone calls or email are good alternatives. Rest assured that teachers will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
