The Crestwood community grieves the senseless loss of eight lives in Atlanta, Georgia, six of whom were women of Asian descent. Our heart goes out to all the victims and their families. This heinous crime represents only one instance amidst a surge of Anti-Asian violence since the beginning of the pandemic, which disproportionately affects women.

His Siena Saints finished in first place in the MAAC.

Her Delaware Blue Hens finished their regular season in the CAA in first place.

Her NC State Wolfpack finished in first place in the ACC.

Her UConn Huskies finished in first place in the Big East.  Aaliyah was also named to the All-Freshman Team and named Sixth-Woman of the Year.

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.  Today gives us an opportunity to reflect on the progress made towards achieving gender equality and celebrate the acts of courage and determination by individuals who have played an extraordinary role in advancing gender equality in their communities.
