Holocaust Education Week
New technologies have expanded opportunities for teaching history. Over the last decade, Crestwood Preparatory College created an Oral History Archive of hundreds of Holocaust survivors and Second World War veterans, where they have shared their insights into a difficult period of history with students. Students learned facts first-hand, experiencing emotions and memories from the war.

We Scare Hunger
The Crestwood YAARD/Me to We club ran a local initiative called ‘We Scare Hunger’ this was the second year Crestwood participated in this initiative. Grade 3 Visits Apple
Classes 3B and 3C visited the Apple Store at Sherway Gardens last week. Both classes created posters that promote living and working in urban and rural communities.
