Multiple Myeloma

Crestwood Cares is selling pink shoelaces in conjunction with Crestwood’s upcoming Terry Fox Fundraiser, to raise money for Multiple Myeloma.  Multiple Myeloma is a form of plasma cell cancer that causes pain, infection, bone damage, and is often fatal.  Many thanks to all the students and their parents who have already donated, by purchasing a pink lace from a member of the Crestwood Community Service team. You can buy one pink lace for a five-dollar donation to multiple myeloma and wear it with pride, because your generosity is a contribution to research for a cure.  A Crestwood School Community Service committee member will be visiting all the classes to sell pink laces up until Crestwood’s Terry Fox run.   It would be wonderful to see our students, with a sea of pink laces, running the Terry Fox Run this coming Thursday!
