School Life

Student life revolves around a blend of structured academic learning, diverse extracurricular activities, and a strong emphasis on personal development within a supportive community.

This is a student-led non-profit initiative focused on providing underprivileged youth with access to sports opportunities. Crestwood will be collaborating with students from Upper Canada College (UCC) and other schools across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Through the collection and redistribution of sports equipment, we are hoping to break down barriers to sports participation and encourage a more inclusive community.

We will begin collecting gently used sports equipment on Monday January 27th.

Over the break Cathy Yu (2027) participated in the annual HOSA Presidents Social as our Crestwood chapter President. This event brings together chapter presidents from across Canada to share ideas, and collaborate with each other. We are excited to grow our HOSA chapter with the knowledge that Cathy brings back to the school. #inspireexecellence #nurtureindividuality #crestwoodlearns
Crestwood hockey players attended a workshop today that was facilitated by Roger Caracciolo of Hockey Equality. This workshop provided our players with an opportunity to learn about how their actions can possibly impact their teammates, family members, and other community members in both positive and negative ways. It also helped players engage in a positive conversation to make hockey a more inclusive environment. Overall, the players walked away with a better perspective on how racism in hockey can negatively impact their peers and how to be not just better hockey players, but better humans. It was a great way for our hockey community to have a productive conversation about a very important issue.

Crestwood would like to thank Roger and all members of Hockey Equality for their work on making hockey a more inclusive environment and for helping us as a community. #inspireexecellence #nurtureindividuality #crestwoodlearns #cpcathletics
