Last week both our grade 7s and grade 8s went on exciting field trips in order to learn more about both the natural environment as well as the political organization and history of our province.
Our grade 8s departed for Ottawa on Wednesday, May 7 where they toured the parliament buildings, visited the Canadian war museum and biked along the Rideau Canal. Our grade 7s departed a day later for Niagara, touring the butterfly conservatory as well as the Bird Kingdom. They also ventured behind Niagara Falls before ending up at Wolf Lodge – Niagara’s foremost waterpark.
An amazing and memorable time was shared by all.
