Grade 10 Crestwood student, Emmanuel Zambazis took home the gold medal at the CISAA cross-country championships, held on Tuesday October 23rd, at Trinity College School.
Emmanuel completed the 2 loop, 6km course in a time of 18:30.47, coming in first place and securing a sport at the OFSAA cross-country championship at Heart Lake Conservation Area next Saturday, November 3rd.
This is the second year in a row that Emmanuel has placed first at the CISAA cross-country championship.
