This year’s spirit week was louder, more colourful and brought more life and excitement to Crestwood’s classrooms than any year previous! Students, you are commended for your heart and school spirit. From crazy hat/hair day, to beating the teachers in our student-teacher basketball game, to wearing your LIV WISE shirts, all of you have shown Crestwood to be full of character, heart and community. But of all the grades, it was the grade 8s, dressed in red, which came out on top and won a free grub day for showing the most school spirit this week! A huge thank you goes out to everyone who organized, planned and conducted this week’s activities. Cheers also to Josh Boothroyd and James Moskowski for winning our Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors draw which raised money for the LIV WISE foundation. In total, Crestwood raised $2500 for brain cancer research. CRESTWOOD ROCKS!
