Crestwood Cares

At Crestwood School, community service remains a constant, no matter what the circumstances. For years, we have donated our proceeds from our Toonie Tuesday initiative to the Kensington School Community, to support their breakfast program. This time, under Ms. Eisens’ suggestion, Crestwood School donated 75 desk shields to our sister school, to help them stay safe while in their classrooms. Dan Fisher, the Principal of the Kensington School, sent us a picture of the desk shields set up, expressing that the primary students “felt like they were in spaceships”. I can say that they were over the moon excited with the protection the shields provide, and they want us to know how much they appreciate the donation. We send them good wishes for a successful academic school year, all the while staying safe, making friends and having fun!
