The U12 Boys Basketball season started up on Wednesday with a contest versus Holy Trinity School. The boys jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter as the Cougars worked hard and played together both on the offense and defence ends of the floor. Ethan Gazer and Aaron Vidal Ribas Smith handled the boards, as Johnny Lin was busy dropping dimes to all of his tireless teammates. Vincent Li and Luke Hamblin hit some tough hoops while new recruit Daniel Jeon provided the long-range attack. The new motion offence appeared in midseason form despite limited practice time. It was a back and forth game before HTS pulled away in the fourth quarter. The next game on tap for the Cougars is Monday versus SHS. Good Luck boys!
