A Rose Reisman Cooking Class

On Thursday November 30, 1A was very lucky to have our own personal cooking class with Rose Reisman!  We all helped her make banana and blueberry muffins and healthy granola.  Rose brought in all the ingredients and each student got to participate in the mixing and combining. We even used frozen banana in the muffins!

Super Successful “Skip It”

Congratulations to the Crestwood School community on our recent “Skip It” Initiative. We raised 1167.05$ in total as we had 97 students skipping their favourite things to do in order to help others. All monies go towards the Red Cross International Disaster Relief Fund. Cedar House led the way with 23 skippers. Great job! –

P/T Meetings Next Week

Parent/Teacher conferences will take place next week on Thursday, November 23rd. Please consider other parents and do your very best to arrive and end your interviews on time. If you need more time with a particular teacher, arrange a separate meeting time. The smooth running of our event relies on all parents and teachers keeping to the timetable.

Book Fair Fantastic

Grade 6 Soccer Season Ending Soirees

On a wet and cold Saturday morning in Aurora, our Grade 6 soccer team took on the elements and their opposition with enthusiasm. A narrow defeat in the first game 1-0 and a resounding victory 5-2 in the second game resulted in the team qualifying for the consolation final. U12 Girls Bball Championships

The U12 girls basketball team travelled to St. Mildred’s Lightburn in Oakville for the championship tournament this past Saturday.
