Advanced Placement (AP): Score Reports
- June 30 is the deadline for grade 12 students to indicate or change their free score report recipient in ‘My AP’: https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/
- Please make sure to indicate through ‘My AP’ the university or college you’d like to receive your free score report

Ontario Student Assistance Plan (OSAP)
- Grade 12 graduates can now begin their OSAP application online
- Register and apply through the following link: https://osap.gov.on.ca/OSAPSecurityWeb/public/login.xhtml?lang=en
- Important Reminders:
- Apply for Full-time OSAP funding early (we recommend in June) to ensure there’s enough time to process the application before the start of classes
- Upload any required documents through the OSAP website
- After applying and uploading required documents, please check the status on the OSAP website on an ongoing basis
- The processing time for uploaded documents is around 6-8 weeks
- The status for early applications may only be updated around the beginning of July
Summer School Courses
- If your son or daughter is taking a course outside of Crestwood this summer, please make sure to connect with a member of the Guidance team as soon as possible
- All schools that are licensed to grant credits must have a Ministry of Education Identification Number (MIDENT #)

- Report Cards for summer school must be submitted to the Guidance office by the first day of school in September
SAT: College Board
- Registration for the SAT Test has now reopened for all students
- Register through the following link: https://account.collegeboard.org/login/login
- Because of public health restrictions and high demand, many centers have fewer seats because of social distancing guidelines or may encounter unexpected closures
- If you are unable to find a seat in a test center near you, please check other dates. The SAT test will be administered every month through the end of the calendar year, beginning in August.

English Proficiency Tests
- Students entering grade 12 who have been studying in Canada for less than 4 years will be required to provide universities with English Proficiency Tests results (TOEL/IELTS).
- Students interested in taking a English language test during the summer can register for an “At Home TOEFL test” through the following link: https://www.ets.org/s/cv/toefl/at-home/
- Students can prepare for the TOEFL through the following links:
- At home IELTS tests are not accepted by many universities. Students wishing to write an IELTS will need to register for an in-person test when test centers re-open. Updates can be found through the following link: https://ieltscanadatest.com/ielts-testing-in-canada-update/
