December and January have been busy months for Crestwood’s Eco Team. Over the Holidays and into this Second Term at school, our Eco Team members have been busy collecting used holiday and greeting cards from family, friends and staff. Everyone pitched in, and in the end we collected over 400 cards! These cards will be recycled to create new holiday and greeting cards. The money raised supports programs and services for people in need.
This week we recognized National Sweater Day. Students and staff at Crestwood School turned up in their sweaters and turned down the heat in the classrooms. On this day, The Eco Team inspired students, parents and teachers to think about all the different and simple ways that we can conserve energy every day!
